With 190 Choir Members...we will need some help along the way!

Thurs. Dec. 2, Lighting of the Hays County Historic Courthouse in San Marcos

Arrival Location: 111 E San Antonio St, San Marcos, TX 78666 We will meet on the courthouse grounds near the presentation area by the courthouse steps, Mrs. Adamson will be holding up a Texas Flag so you can find her if there is a crowd.
Performance Time: 5:00-5:30pm we will perform on the courthouse steps
Attire: Choir t-shirt and holiday fun gear
Important: All students should be accompanied by an adult when they arrive and during this concert! It is a big public event, so we want to make sure we have a parent/guardian there to help watch and keep students safe! After our performance students will go directly to their parents and can decide as a family to stay for the rest of the evenings events or go home etc.
OPTIONAL SERVICE PROJECT- Choir members can bring new unopened/unwrapped toys to donate to the Hays County Sheriffs Dept.'s Brown Santa Drive! All toys donated at this concert go to children in need!

GRINCH will turn on the switch.
6:30: Santa’s Arrival.
Firetruck will bring Santa to the courthouse.
Judge and Mrs. Becerra will escort Santa to the courthouse.
6:30-7:30pm: Children meet with Santa - Entertainment
6:30-7pm A Capella Unlimited -Rotunda
7:00-7:30 SMHS Mariachi Band – Front steps of Courthouse
What if your student is running late coming to this event: If you are running late and see us performing on the steps, just have your student calmly walk up and stand with us and join in!

NOTE: If your student can NOT make this performance please reply ASAP to this email to let Mrs. Adamson know so she can be prepared for this concert!

Sat. Dec. 4, Buda Fest in downtown Buda! https://www.budafest.org/

Arrival Time: 11:30am
Arrival Area: Park and then come to the stage located on Main Street in front of Main Street Pizzeria (214 N. Main Street)

PARKING The city recommends parking at the old Buda Elementary parking lot and walking to the event stage
Performance Time: 12:00-12:25pm (noon)
Attire: Choir T-shirt & fun holiday gear
